1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of anywaifu at https://anywaifu.com, operated by ANYTHOUGHTS INTELLIGENCE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

anywaifu is an AI image generator for adult (18+) SFW anime-style characters (“waifu”), built for fans who want a convenient way to create her. Generating and regenerating consume credits as shown in the product UI.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, evade safety controls, or violate these Terms.

4. Credits, purchases & refunds

  • Trial / referral free credits may only be used for generation.
  • Paid credits come from credit packs purchased via Stripe and are also used for generation.
  • Credits are deducted only after a successful generation billed by our image provider. Failed generations are not charged. Every successful generation is delivered in full HD with no watermark.
  • Refunds (credit packs): unused purchased credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. If you have consumed part of a pack, we refund the unused portion pro-rata (purchase price × unused credits ÷ pack credits). Free/trial/referral credits are non-refundable. Chargebacks or fraud reverse any remaining credits.

5. Content & license

Subject to these Terms and our Content Policy, you may download images you generate for personal use. You must not use outputs to depict minors, real people without rights, illegal content, or to violate others’ IP. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs; we retain rights in the platform, prompts plumbing, and curated gallery assets.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may vary; we do not guarantee a specific likeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
