1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data from our auth provider (Clerk): email, user id, sign-in metadata.
• Usage data: generations, credit ledger, orders.
• Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Security signals: basic request metadata (auth session, rate-limiting context).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 events (page views and funnel events). Server-side events may be sent for generate/purchase to reduce ad-blocker gaps.

3. How we use data

To provide the product, prevent abuse, process payments, improve reliability, and measure conversion funnels. We do not sell personal data.

4. Images

Original images are stored in a private object store. Every successful generation is delivered in full HD with no watermark; you can download with a short-lived signed URL. When your balance is zero, you need credits to generate again.

5. Retention & deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing hello@anywaifu.com. We retain billing records as required by law. Soft-deleted artworks may be purged on a schedule.

6. International transfers

Infrastructure may run in the US/EU (e.g. Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe). By using the service you understand processing may occur in those regions with appropriate safeguards.
